Justin Adams has served as an Air Boss and Aviation Operations Branch Director during complex disaster operations, including Hurricanes Ian, Michael, Ida and Maria.
FIFA 2026 experience
Justin served as HPD’s manager of the Aviation Security Operations Center for FIFA 2026 operations in Houston, coordinating a $15 million multi-system C-UAS capability in a complex major-event environment.
