Questions we hear.
How early should we start planning?
As early as possible. Sensor siting, the Operations Plan, ASOC staffing and the pre-event exercise all take time, and grant requests have their own deadlines.
Can we rehearse the event before the gates open?
Yes. Build the venue, the TFR and your sensor plan in Promachos and rehearse every seat, then run a full ASOC and GIT exercise on your equipment.
