CUAS readiness program
Train your team. Test your procedures. Find the gaps before an actual drone incursion.
One program, three parts: instructor-led GIT + ASOC training, ongoing practice in the Promachos simulator, and evaluated exercises that show where your procedures hold and where they break.
Instructor-led
Three days for your ASOC crew and Ground Intercept Teams: authorities, detection, the hand-off, the contact and the paperwork.
Promachos
Every seat works the same incident over your own venue, any day, with no equipment and nothing transmitting.
Evaluated exercises
A scenario run against your own procedures, with a written after-action report and the fixes that matter.
Why one program
Most teams train once and hope the next incident looks like the class.
A course gives people the knowledge. It fades without practice, and nobody knows whether the procedures actually work until something is over the stadium or the runway. Field exercises are expensive and rare: equipment in the field, frequency coordination, federal authority and everyone in one place for one day.
The readiness program closes that loop. Your people learn the job from instructors who did it at FIFA World Cup 2026, practice it in Promachos between courses, and prove it in evaluated exercises. Each cycle ends with a report that tells you what to fix before the next event.

Every exercise ends with a written after-action report.
Evaluated exercises
Test the plan before the drone does.
We build a scenario around your site and your procedures, run it with your ASOC and field teams, and evaluate every decision. Run it in Promachos with no equipment, or as a full ASOC and GIT rehearsal on the equipment you deploy before an event.
- Scenario written around your threats, venue and SOPs
- Detection, triage, dispatch, contact and documentation all evaluated
- Written after-action report with findings and recommended fixes

FAQ
Questions we hear.
What is the difference between the course, Promachos and an evaluated exercise?
The course teaches the job: three instructor-led days for your ASOC crew and Ground Intercept Teams. Promachos lets them practice that job any day, every seat at once, with no equipment. An evaluated exercise tests it: we run a scenario against your own procedures and write down what held and what broke.
Do we need 124n authority or FAA / FCC approval to train?
No. In Promachos every sensor, jammer and drone is simulated; nothing transmits and nothing flies. Training does not grant or replace any legal authority to detect or mitigate drones.
Can we buy one part without the others?
Yes. Many agencies start with the course or a Promachos subscription and add the rest later. The packages simply put the pieces in the order that works best.
What do we get after an evaluated exercise?
A written after-action report built from the exercise: detection and response times, every decision drone by drone, what worked, the gaps, and recommended changes to your procedures, training or equipment plan.
Can grant funds pay for this?
Scenario-based training and exercises are allowable costs under the FEMA CUAS Grant Program. We managed a FEMA CUAS grant and will help you write the training and exercise lines of your application. Software licenses and subscriptions are not allowable costs under the FEMA CUAS Grant Program, so for grant-funded work simulator practice is delivered inside training and exercise services, with no separate license fee. See grant support and procurement.
Who is it for?
State, local, tribal and territorial law enforcement, federal agencies and military installations, airports, corrections facilities, critical-infrastructure operators and venue and event security teams. The GIT + ASOC course is built around state and local CUAS policy; Promachos and evaluated exercises fit any organization.
