FAQ
Questions we hear.
Are you registered in SAM.gov?
Yes. Constellation Airspace Group, LLC is registered in SAM.gov, UEI N5A8TY9KTSV1.
Can we use FEMA CUAS grant funds?
Scenario-based training and exercises are allowable costs under the FEMA CUAS Grant Program. We managed a FEMA CUAS grant and can help you write the planning, training and exercise lines of your investment justification. Software licenses and subscriptions are not allowable costs under the FEMA CUAS Grant Program, so for grant-funded work simulator practice is delivered inside training and exercise services, with no separate license fee. See grant support.
How is Promachos priced?
Bought directly, it is an annual license per organization, covering your whole team, with onboarding included. For FEMA CUAS grant-funded work, where software licenses and subscriptions are not allowable, simulator practice is delivered inside training and exercise services with no separate license fee. Every quote is written for your organization.
What paperwork can you provide?
Our procurement packet: capability statement, W-9, technical and security description, accessibility statement, licensing terms, quote and scope-of-work templates and our purchase-order workflow. Ask for anything else your purchasing office requires.
Where is Promachos hosted, and is it FedRAMP or CJIS?
Promachos is hosted in the United States on Cloudflare and DigitalOcean. It is not FedRAMP authorized or CJIS certified today; a GovCloud deployment is available on request. Data retention defaults follow 6 U.S.C. § 124n practice and can be set per organization.
Can we try it before committing to a year?
Yes. We offer a paid pilot: a short, scoped trial on your own site with your team, so you can evaluate Promachos before committing.
Can you work with our purchasing rules?
Tell us your process, whether a quote under a purchasing threshold, a request for quotes or a grant-funded purchase, and we will provide what that step needs.
